- Chemistry synthesis lab (Process Development) is provided to support scale-up, validations, continuous cost improvements and performance evaluation of various materials
- The Process Development is also supported by required analytical instruments
- The facility is completely independent in operations and segregated from main GMP operations/testing
- Key instruments available:
- Reaction Fume hoods, Scrubber & blower
- Walk-in fume hood for distillations/column chromatography
- Magnetic stirrers and Overhead stirrers
- All kinds of supporting equipments for synthesis
- Rotary Evaporators, High Vacuum systems
- Auto clave to handle reactions up to 80 bar
- Vacuum Oven, Hot air oven, UV Visible Chamber, pH Meter HPLC and GC
